Choosing Not to Proceed with a Cost-Effective Repair
If a repair is technically and economically viable, but the customer chooses not to proceed—for example, declining a cost-effective solution—the unrepairable appliance discount may not apply. In these cases, the full fixed price repair fee or call-out and diagnostic charges will still apply, reflecting the time and expertise invested in identifying a working solution.
That said, a discount may be offered at the discretion of the attending engineer, depending on the specific circumstances of the visit.
